1 General Provisions

ck499 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ck499 and the user ("you", "your").

If these terms are written in English and any conflict arises with the Bengali translation, the Bengali version will take precedence. ck499 reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ck499: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods.

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment method must be registered in the account holder's name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system is strictly prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, or manipulating bonus conditions to meet wagering requirements is a violation of this provision. If such activity is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Assurance
